Overview

Positions are available based on applicant eligibility, availability, background screening, drug testing and completion of orientation. Upon completion of orientation, positions may still be rescinded in the event of failure to pass any background requirements. Full Time and Part Time Available!

Pay Range: $21.30 - $24.00.

Schedule:

Full Time Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:00pm;
Full Time Mon-Fri 3:00pm-11:00pm;
Part Time Sat and Sun 7:00am-3:00pm;
Part Time Fri-Sat 11:00pm-7:00am;
Part Time Mon-Tue 3:00pm-11:00pm.

Must have three years of a valid Driver's License with a clean driving history.

• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Remain on post at all times.
• Monitor security concierge personnel to ensure guest services are satisfactory.
• Provide general administrative support, respond to inquiries and anticipate customer needs.
• Ensure all security concierge personnel are aware of and perform duties in full compliance with facility security operations procedures, policies, and regulations.
• Review and approve all reports, duty logs, etc. submitted by security personnel.
• Ensure timely notification of all serious incidents.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Maintain effective communication with all assigned security personnel.
• Deliver a memorable and pleasant experience to all customers and vendors.
• Counsel, advise, motivate, and when necessary provide discipline and positive reinforcement to personnel assigned to the location.
• Work with management to develop and implement sound employee relations, development, and retention programs for the location.
• Keep assigned security personnel up–to–date on any modifications to procedures, policies, or regulations.
• Work schedule may include evenings, night shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled annually.
• Assume other duties as required by the client or by Northeast Security, Inc.
