Maintenance Technician - LEGOLAND Discovery Center Boston

Love fixing things and keeping operations running smoothly? Join our team!

• Repair & maintain HVAC, plumbing, lighting, electrical, doors and more.
• Troubleshoot equipment and facility issues.
• Complete preventative maintenance & inspections.
• Replace bulbs, projectors, displays & basic tech equipment.
• Help with exhibit setup, teardown & shipping/receiving.
• Repair walls, fixtures, furniture & interior spaces.
• Respond quickly to work orders and keep guests safe.

• 2+ years of maintenance or facilities experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry or general repairs.
• Able to work independently and solve problems quickly.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, guest-facing environments.
• Flexible schedule (weekends/holidays may be required).

• Lift up to 70 lbs.
• Comfortable working at heights (10–15 ft).
• Stand/walk for long periods.
• Use PPE and follow OSHA safety standards.
