Overview
About Neuro Bionics, an MIT neurotechnology spinout, is developing novel implantable devices that interface seamlessly with the human body to treat neurological conditions. Leveraging over a decade of innovation, we have engineered a novel neural interface using microscale, flexible, bioelectronic fibers that can be delivered into the body through minimally invasive endovascular approaches. Each fiber encompasses a spectrum of functionalities, including electrical, chemical, and optical capabilities, enabling the sensing and modulation of the biological environment.
By making neural interfacing a minimally invasive procedure, we aim to revolutionize deep brain stimulation and broaden access to this life-changing therapy to millions of patients.
