Formlabs is seeking a Program Manager, Fulfillment to own regional order flows and ensure timely delivery from the dock to customers. You will orchestrate Shopify, Net Suite, and 3PL interactions, resolve exceptions, and drive on-time carrier pickups with Fed Ex, UPS, and DHL.
You’ll implement inventory reconciliations, provide updates to Customer Success, and uphold regional shipping standards while resolving sync errors within 24 hours.
