Role:
Project Manager
Type of Commute: Hybrid (Office + Project Sites in NJ)
Skill Set: Procore, Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Project, Excel, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Plan Swift (or similar)

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall project performance including budget, schedule, subcontractor coordination, and client satisfaction while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Define project scope, logistics planning, and execution strategy
- Lead subcontractor buyout and contract negotiations
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
- Manage project budgets, cost codes, billing, and forecasting
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation in Procore
- Coordinate with Superintendents to align field operations with project objectives
- Lead OAC meetings and maintain strong client communication
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations
- Drive project closeout, punch list completion, and turnover documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required with equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of experience managing Commercial, Medical, Industrial, Residential, construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Experience with cost control, scheduling, and subcontractor management
- Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Experience in healthcare, industrial, or multifamily construction
- OSHA 30 certification
- Experience managing projects $5M–$25M+
- Familiarity with WIP reporting and forecasting processes
