The difference you’ll make:

We’re looking for an experienced workplace interior designer with Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) expertise to lead dancker’s visualization capabilities and elevate how we communicate design intent across the organization. This role is ideal for a design professional with a degree in Interior Design from an accredited program, direct workplace interiors experience, and a proven ability to lead teams and external partners, while bringing a keen eye for elevated design, compelling storytelling, and high-quality visualization output.

Partnering closely with Sales, Design, and Marketing, you will apply your knowledge of workplace planning, furniture, finishes, and product application to guide the creation of high-quality renderings, animations, and visual content. Success in this role will be reflected in accurate and compelling design solutions, consistent visual output, strong stakeholder alignment, effective resource management, and visual storytelling that supports client engagement, business development, and the dancker brand.

You’ll establish visualization standards, provide creative direction, manage external rendering resources, and oversee quality control to ensure visual outputs accurately reflect design intent and FF&E specifications. You’ll also help shape dancker’s experience centers through workplace space planning, furniture layouts, finish selections, and the integration of architectural products and technology solutions.

How you’ll make an impact:
  • Lead the end-to-end workplace design visualization process, from design intake and FF&E interpretation through prioritization, workflow management, and coordination with external rendering resources
  • Provide design and creative direction grounded in workplace interiors, space planning, furniture application, finishes, and FF&E specifications
  • Ensure renderings, animations, and presentation materials accurately represent workplace design intent, furniture plans, finishes, product applications, and dancker’s design standards
  • Review and refine visual deliverables to elevate clarity, storytelling, and overall impact in support of business development and client engagement
  • Partner with Sales, Design, and Marketing to translate workplace requirements, design concepts, and FF&E solutions into clear and compelling visual content
  • Develop and support strategic visual assets, including photoreal renderings, immersive and interactive visual experiences, design and sales presentations, thought starters, idea books, and trend materials
  • Facilitate cross-functional brainstorming and strategy sessions that improve stakeholder alignment, creative direction, and project outcomes
  • Establish and maintain clear workflows, processes, and communication standards that create transparency around intake, timelines, workload, deliverables, and project status
  • Continuously evaluate and improve visualization tools, processes, and outputs to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and creative advancement
  • Partner with Sales, Design, and leadership to plan experience center environments that showcase furniture, finishes, architectural products, technology solutions, and dancker’s integrated capabilities
  • Support experience center updates and refreshes to maintain relevance, functionality, and alignment with evolving workplace trends
  • Monitor recurring themes, project feedback, and delivery outcomes to identify opportunities to improve process clarity, visual quality, and stakeholder satisfaction
What you’ll bring to this role:
  • Degree in Interior Design from an accredited program
  • Direct professional experience in workplace interiors, including FF&E selection, specification, and application
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams, including external or distributed visualization resources
  • 5+ years of professional interior design experience, with a strong focus on workplace environments and FF&E
  • Experience coordinating with external partners or contract resources while maintaining clear direction, consistent expectations, and strong output quality
