• Strong understanding of child development and psychological theories
• Conducting psycho educational assessments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Analyze data and develop evidence-based interventions
• Crisis intervention and management
• Knowledge of legal and ethical guidelines related to student privacy and confidentiality

• Minimum Master’s Degree in Psychology or related field
• Minimum two years of experience in the Child Study field
• NJ State Certifications
• Experience treating young adult populations
• Background check clearance prior to start
• School-based experience with Administrative Codes, Rules and Regulations
• Experience with time management, meeting deadlines, and working in diverse school settings
• Familiarity with evaluations, therapy, and case management
• Willingness to obtain register/archive fingerprints under Delta‑T Group codes
