House Cleaner

Job Summary

No experience required. We’ll teach you everything you need to know about cleaning houses using our proven process. The role is full‑time, Monday through Friday during the day, 8 am to 5 pm. No nights, no weekends, no holidays.

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards—follow our process and delight every customer. Tips may be earned.
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, professional manner—show care for their home.

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely—team lead drives themselves and the team.
• Maintain equipment—take care of basic cleaning equipment and ensure the car is loaded with appropriate housekeeping supplies.

• Enjoy working with different types of people and on a team.
• Enjoy different work environments and can perform physical work.

• Like having a process for customer service.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8 am to 5 pm.

Pay range: $16.00 to $22.00 an hour, depends on experience, quality, speed. Paid weekly, with opportunity to earn paid holiday and vacation.
