• Leading Complex Engagements – Prepare and review sophisticated federal and state tax returns for healthcare businesses, medical practices, and healthcare professionals
• Providing Strategic Advisory – Deliver high-value tax planning and compliance consulting tailored to healthcare industry needs
• Managing Client Relationships – Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring exceptional service and proactively addressing client needs
• Overseeing Projects – Manage tax engagements from start to finish with accountability for quality and deadlines
• Developing Talent – Coach and mentor junior staff and managers, helping them grow technically and professionally
• Staying Current – Keep pace with healthcare regulations, tax law changes, and industry trends affecting your clients
• Driving Innovation – Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and add value for healthcare clients

• 8+ years in public accounting with substantial healthcare client experience
• Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities
• Strong foundation in tax compliance, planning, and consulting
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Sharp analytical and organizational abilities
• CPA license (active or eligible)

• Hands-on experience with medical practices, physician groups, or healthcare systems
• Understanding of healthcare billing and revenue cycle operations
• Knowledge of healthcare-specific tax considerations
