The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate s educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview: In this role, you will work under the direction of the RN to provide care to the patients on the unit. Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to: taking vital signs, EKGs, performing phlebotomy, assisting or providing patients with bedside care (e.g., bathing, mouth care, skin care). Every other weekend and holiday required.

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• BLS required through American Heart Association

Preferred:

• Prior experience in patient care preferred
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with others effectively
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• AHA BLS
