ScheduleFull‑Time, Day shift, 40 hours per week.
Pay Range$20.81 - $21.07 per hour (New Jersey)
Responsibilities- Conduct q15 patient safety checks, environmental safety rounds, 1:1 patient safety watch.
- Assist with group facilitation and the search and logging of patient belongings.
- Under direct supervision of the unit director or designee, assist with providing direct patient care, reinforcing Safety Together core values and implementing safety initiatives.
- Participate as a member of the Workplace Violence committee.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- BLS required through American Heart Association.
- 1 year experience working in similar roles in acute care Behavioral Health Unit, willing to train the right candidate.
- Mental Health First Certificate training preferred or willing to obtain upon hire.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with others effectively.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- AHA BLS.
- 40 hours a week – Day shift.
