Ellie Mental Health of Central NJ in Flemington and Somerville are looking for therapists to join our teams! Ellie was founded in 2015 by Erin Pash, LMFT and Kyle Keller, LICSW, and has grown to include multiple clinics in Minnesota and a growing number of locally owned and operated franchises across the country.

Our Therapists Will
  • Collaborate and be an active part of a team family while supporting autonomy and flexibility
  • Provide individual, family, group, and Telehealth services
  • Serve a diverse client base representing various identities, cultures, and experiences
  • Evaluate diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation per company policy
  • Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with dynamic team members to advance our mission
  • Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
  • Meet a required minimum of 25 client sessions per week (scheduling 32) on a full‑time basis for better work‑life balance
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
  • Other meaningful responsibilities as needed
Responsibilities
  • Evaluate diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation per company policy
  • Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with team members to further our mission
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Prepare and submit documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
  • Maintain a minimum of 25 client sessions per week for full‑time clinicians
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, schools, and other professionals as needed
  • Attend and participate in all clinical team meetings and trainings
  • Other meaningful responsibilities as needed
Required Qualifications And Skills
  • Active NJ license (LMFT/LAMFT, LPC/LAC, LCSW/LSW)
  • Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of one year work experience under clinical licensure
  • Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical progress notes
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus)
