Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Youth Mental Health Therapist located in Flemington, NJ. The therapist will provide individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and their families. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, implementing evidence‑based therapy, and collaborating with other professionals for case management. The therapist will also engage in ongoing training and supervision to ensure the highest level of care is maintained for clients.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Treatment Planning to develop and implement effective therapy goals
  • Proficiency in Mental Health and Family Therapy methods to support children, adolescents, and families
  • Skills in Social Work and Case Management to coordinate services and resources for clients
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • Appropriate licensure in the state of New Jersey (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in youth-focused mental health services is highly desirable
