Job Overview:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with/monitor patients with a variety of medical and psychological issues,
- Supervising patients and alerting nurses or other healthcare professionals when needed,
- Provide emotional support to patients who may be in danger of harming themselves or those around them,
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- BLS required through American Heart Association
- Prior experience in patient care
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with others effectively
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Schedule flexibility and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced department is strongly encouraged,
- AHA BLS
