Job Description

Administer and maintain Jira (Cloud Data Center) and other Atlassian tools (Confluence| Bitbucket).Provide onboarding| training| and support to end-users.
Troubleshoot issues related to Jira usage and performance.
Implement automation rules using Jira Automation or scripting tools Design and build advanced Jira dashboards tailored for executives| product owners| and engineering teams. Develop and maintain real-time reports| KPIs| and metrics (velocity| cycle time| SLA| burndown| throughput).
