Help Desk​/Desktop Support Analyst

Description We are looking for a skilled Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Somerville, New Jersey. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering reliable technical support and ensuring smooth operations for end-users. Responsibilities:

- Provide technical assistance to users for Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams and Outlook.

- Resolve printer-related issues, such as troubleshooting and setting up printers for users.

- Manage and respond to service desk tickets promptly, ensuring timely resolution of technical problems.

- Support Active Directory administration tasks, including user account management.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to Windows 10 operating systems and associated hardware.

- Collaborate with team members to address complex technical challenges and escalate issues when necessary.

- Deliver clear and effective communication to users during support interactions.

- Maintain accurate documentation of resolved issues and ongoing technical processes.

- Ensure adherence to company protocols and best practices in IT support.
