Director​/Managing Director

Fin Pro, Inc is a management consulting firm that specializes in financial institutions, with a growing suite of digital analytics products. We are a recognized thought leader in the industry, regularly helping to set national policy and introduce new, ground-breaking changes to how the industry functions. We are the go-to firm for starting new banks, and have a wholly owned broker-dealer.

Our open position is for a Director / Managing Director on our Consulting team. Directors / MDs at Fin Pro are expected to manage 5 - 15+ clients on their own (with training and coaching from our Executive Managing Directors) and quickly ramp up their knowledge in banking and consulting. You will provide strategies and analysis to the C-Suite and Boards of our clients, including presenting to and modeling in front of them.

We have clients nationwide so you will be expected to travel across the country which will sometimes include night and weekend travel. Our compensation structure is built on the idea that those who go above and beyond get rewarded richly, with significant bonus potential.

Our expectation is for you to advance quickly, expanding from 5 to 15+ clients and becoming an expert in the financial institution space. We will provide resources and mentorship to aid in this, but it is up to you to get there. The only person that will keep you from advancing here is you.

We care about personality and culture. We don't care what your education background is, whether you went to college, or what "experience" you have in your prior positions. If you have the right attitude and drive to be the best, you will succeed here. Personality and culture will be the main deciding factors in the hiring process, but strong preference will be given to anyone who is or was a commissioned examiner at a state or federal regulatory agency.
