Supervisor of School Counseling and Instruction

Qualifications:

* New Jersey Department of Education certification as a Supervisor with preferred certification in School Counseling, School Psychologist, or Director of School Counseling Services.

* Master's degree from an accredited college or university.

* A minimum of five (5) years of teaching experience, preferred experience in grades 9-12.

* Demonstrated leadership with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

* Previous, successful supervisory experience is preferred.

Salary:
This is a 12-month administrative position with a salary range of $110,000-$118,000 to be established by the Board of Education upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools in accordance with the Somerville Principals and Supervisors Association.

Access to benefits begins on the date of hire in accordance with the Somerville Principals and Supervisors Association collective bargaining agreement .
