Responsibilities- Leadership & Growth
- Lead the overall vision and strategic direction of the company
- Recruit and attract high-quality sales associates consistently
- Conduct weekly recruiting appointments and hiring interviews
- Drive growth in agent count, productivity, and profitability
- Increase market share within target markets
- Agent Development
- Coach and consult top‑performing agents to increase production and retention
- Lead goal‑setting and productivity conversations
- Oversee training initiatives for new and experienced agents
- Elevate average production and income per associate
- Operational Oversight
- Partner with administrative leadership to maintain strong systems and support
- Lead regular sales and business meetings
- Monitor financial performance and operational metrics
- Conduct performance reviews and provide professional development
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and accountability
- Strategic Positioning
- Research the competitive landscape and identify growth opportunities
- Develop recruiting and business development strategies
- Establish a strong leadership presence within the local real estate community

- 2–3+ years of real estate sales experience
- Proven history as a top‑producing agent

- MLS and technology proficiency
- Documented track record of success in prior roles
Relocation to Western New Jersey is required if not currently local.
