Reporting To: Stacey - Operations Manager & Patrick, Owner
Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 / year
Perfect Connections Security Systems is seeking an experienced, hands‑on Office Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our established security and life‑safety service business.
You Are:
- Responsible for maintaining smooth and efficient office operations, bookkeeping, scheduling, and supporting employee‑related administrative tasks. This position will handle admin duties as well as work closely with the owner to refine and maintain company processes as well as the following duties. As we grow some duties will be delegated to others.

Schedule:
- Full‑Time | 40 Hours Per Week
- Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:30pm
Your Manager:
- Stacey, Operations Manager & Patrick, Owner
Operations
- Manage daily technician scheduling, dispatch and schedule changes with the Service Manager
- Coordinate service calls, installations, inspections and other field activity
- Communicate with technicians and field leadership throughout the day
- Review completed work and ensure documentation and follow‑up are completed
- Keep team on track and on process
- Creating processes, flowcharts and SOPs
Customer Service
- Manage customer communication, including scheduling issues and escalations
Financial
- AR/AP
- Prepare invoices and supporting accurate, timely billing
- Payroll/timekeeping support
- Maintain accurate customer, job and service information within company systems
Team Accountability
- Identify operational problems and following them through to resolution
- Hold team members accountable for required documentation and follow‑through
- Support hiring, onboarding and employee administration as needed, including temps and contractors
Experience:
- 5+ years in operations or service management, ideally in a field‑service or trades environment
- Experience with scheduling, dispatch or field workforce coordination
- Experience with invoicing, AR and collections
- Proven ability to direct employees and hold them accountable
- Strong organizational and communication skills; confident working with ownership
- $75-$95k/yr
- 401k w/ Match (3% match after 1 year)
- Medical: 50% of the Individual covered
- PTO: 1 week after 6 months, 2 weeks after 1 year
- 6 Paid Holidays
