Position: Filling Tech (Packaging)
Associate Diagnostic Technician – Filling (1st Shift)

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00/hr, paid weekly
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Location: Branchburg, NJ 08876
Duration: 6-Month Contract (July 20, 2026 - January 15, 2027) with strong potential for extension

Overview

We are seeking an Associate Diagnostic Technician to support filling and packaging operations in a regulated manufacturing environment. This position begins with warehouse logistics and material handling before progressing into operating manual and automated filling equipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn while following cGMP, SOP, and FDA quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Transport, organize, and stage raw materials using manual or electric pallet jacks.
  • Set up, operate, and perform changeovers on manual and automated filling equipment.
  • Fill and package diagnostic products according to manufacturing specifications.
  • Print labels, perform accurate data entry, and label finished products.
  • Inspect filled containers to ensure quality and compliance with production standards.
  • Complete manufacturing documentation and batch records accurately and in real time.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), cGMP, safety, and FDA regulations.
  • Review production records for accuracy and completeness before submission.
Qualifications Required
  • At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, assembly, or light manufacturing environment.
  • Experience handling inventory and moving materials.
  • Experience operating a manual or electric pallet jack.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
  • Ability and willingness to learn automated filling equipment and manufacturing processes.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred
  • Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) certification is a plus but not required.
  • Forklift experience is not required.
