Verano in Somerville, NJ is seeking a Cultivation Specialist to support multiple gardens in a cannabis cultivation facility. You will help maintain crop health, quality control, and safety from propagation to pre-harvest, with potential cross-training to other departments. This is a full-time on-site role at $17/hr.
Responsibilities include plant management, cloning and training, sanitation, logging, and adherence to SOPs while contributing to continuous improvement and production goals.
