Pay Range: $ - $ per year

Develops, implements and evaluates programs for orientation, competency assessment, training and continuing education for all levels of staff in the perioperative area. Leads peri-op 101 training for new to specialty RNs, provides support for clinical practice at point of care. Role models for patient care practices through direct patient care.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
• Master's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Minimum of two years experience in Operating Room nursing
• Knowledge of principles of adult learning
• Experience using an electronic health record, preferably Epic
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with others effectively
• Competent in use of all Microsoft Office applications
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• AHA BLS and ACLS Provider required
• Current New Jersey RN license
• National Nursing Certification required. If not certified at the time of hire, expectation to receive certification within one year of hire

Full-time, Day Shift, 40 hours a week
