Pay Range: $46.90 - $63.44 per hour
Job OverviewA Per‑Diem Registered Nurse position working alongside the Joint Coordinator for the Total Hip and Knee Replacement Program. Duties include facilitating data collection, analysis, management, and reporting, as well as supporting the Joint Program with surgical pre‑ and post‑operative educational needs and follow‑up care for Joint Replacement patients.
Required Qualifications- Current New Jersey RN license
- ASN or Nursing Diploma (must agree to complete BSN within 5 years of hire date)
- BLS and ACLS certification
- BSN
- Per Diem – Days
Job Duties
Data analysis skills and effective communication with team, patients, and families; focus on program improvement, patient satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
