Registered Nurse

Gifted Healthcare seeks a PRN Infusion RN to deliver exceptional patient-centered IV therapy across diverse clinical settings. In this flexible, per diem role, you'll start and manage peripheral/central lines, administer IV medications and biologics, monitor for reactions, and provide thorough patient education. You'll document in EMRs, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and uphold strict safety and infection control standards. Responsibilities

• Provide IV infusion therapy and medication administration per provider orders
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and intervene promptly
• Perform assessments, document care accurately, and update EMRCollaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and care teams to optimize outcomes
• Educate patients and families on infusion treatment plans and home care
• Maintain infection control standards and manage central/peripheral lines
• Ensure safe handling, preparation, and disposal of infusion medications
• Coordinate PRN scheduling and communicate availability with staffing team
• Adhere to Gifted Healthcare policies, clinical protocols, and compliance standards
• Participate in quality improvement and maintain required competencies
