Shop Rite - - Responsibilities:
Detect and apprehend customers, associates, and vendors for theft in a professional manner following company policy;
Utilize Loss Prevention reporting and applications (Lane Hawk, Smart Store) to identify and minimize loss and shrink;
Maintain security of store entrances and communicate with Store Management;
Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service and assistance;
Maintain effective communication with Store Management and colleagues throughout the store
