Help Build a National Commercial Real Estate Investment PlatformRoecam is a growing commercial real estate investment firm focused on acquiring, financing, and operating commercial real estate throughout the United States. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an entrepreneurial Acquisitions & Capital Markets Manager to help source acquisition opportunities while developing long‑term relationships with commercial real estate professionals and private investors.
This is a producer role designed for someone who enjoys creating opportunities, building relationships, and expanding a professional network. Rather than spending your day behind a spreadsheet, you’ll be meeting people, developing business, representing the firm, and helping drive the growth of our acquisition pipeline and investment platform.
What You’ll DoYour primary responsibility will be expanding Roecam’s network while generating acquisition opportunities and cultivating long‑term investor relationships.
Working closely with company leadership, you’ll develop relationships with commercial real estate brokers, property owners, investors, lenders, wealth managers, financial advisors, attorneys, accountants, and other industry professionals. Through proactive outreach, networking, and consistent relationship management, you’ll identify acquisition opportunities, strengthen our market presence, and help grow our investment platform.
You’ll also represent Roecam at industry events, conferences, brokerage meetings, and networking functions while serving as a trusted ambassador for the firm.
Who We’re Looking ForThis opportunity is ideal for a highly motivated, relationship‑driven professional who enjoys networking, business development, and creating opportunities through consistent outreach.
Commercial real estate brokerage experience is highly preferred, but we also welcome candidates with successful backgrounds in commercial mortgage brokerage, commercial banking, wealth management, financial advisory, institutional insurance, private equity, investment banking, commercial lending, or other business development roles that require significant outbound prospecting and relationship management.
Above all, we’re looking for professionals who are naturally curious, competitive, self‑motivated, and energized by building long‑term relationships.
CompensationThis position offers a performance‑driven compensation structure that rewards consistent business development activity, relationship growth, acquisition opportunity generation, strategic introductions, and overall contribution to the firm’s success.
Compensation includes activity‑based incentives for achieving outreach goals, performance bonuses, transaction participation opportunities, and uncapped earning potential. Top performers will have the opportunity to build a substantial income while helping grow a nationally expanding commercial real estate investment platform.
