Handle incoming calls from regional big box customer and field service reps;
Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes, or credits;
Manage incoming orders via EDI to see that they are promptly dropped to the warehouse;
Monitor scheduled shipment and service dates to ensure timely delivery and in-store service;
Provide weekly tracking/updates for various regional big box service projects
