Under the supervision of the Office Services Supervisor ll, the Office Technician (OT), in the Community Care Licensing Division, Adult and Senior Care Program, provides all clerical support, gathers statistics; types various types of memoranda & reports; answers & screens calls from the public; makes travel arrangements; prepares travel claims & monthly travel summary reports; completes billing & record keeping functions for office civil penalty system;
has knowledge of office equipment & arranges for repair/maintenance of equipment as needed; maintains contact with Department personnel, outside agencies & the general public. Must be able to assist with the workload demands of the office.
- The position(s) require(s) the ability to type at a minimum speed as designated on the Class Specifications (link available in the additional documentation section). You must obtain a valid typing certificate confirming your ability to meet the minimum typing speed, prior to being hired. - The position(s) require(s) a Background Investigation be cleared prior to being hired.
