Graduation Analyst, Administrative Analyst/Specialists, Exempt I
Reporting to the University Registrar, the Graduation Analyst performs a wide variety of specialized administrative, technical and analytical duties and serves as the graduation application administrator. Work involves independently planning and performing research and participating in the development, alteration, implementation and evaluation of graduation application policies and procedures in support of the Office of the Registrar's projects and goals. The incumbent compiles data and prepares and presents reports with sound conclusions and recommendations for action;
contributes to the completion of broad and more complex organizational or projects and goals, often providing project leadership or representing the Office of the Registrar on key projects specific to graduation application initiatives.
This position requires a bachelor's degree and/or the equivalent training and administrative work experience involving study, analysis, and/or evaluation leading to the development or improvement of administrative policies, procedures, practices, or programs, plus two years of related experience. Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Suite required. Knowledge of Onbase and People Soft preferred.
This is a full time, exempt position, which will lead toward permanent status following the successful completion of a probationary period. The CSU Classification Step Range for this position is $5,274 - $7,684 per month (step 1 - step 20). Step placement will be determined based on relevant qualifications and professional experience. Step placement upon appointment is not expected to exceed Step 7 ($5,940 per month).
