Location:
Sonoma County – Healdsburg and Sonoma.
Schedule:
In office, 5 days per week. Position Type:
Temporary with potential to become full-time.
Greet guests and provide a welcoming front desk experience. Answer incoming calls and assist with general inquiries. Support the escrow team with data entry and other entry‑level escrow tasks.
What We’re Looking ForThe ideal candidate has strong communication skills, great attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Previous customer service experience is a plus.
