We are seeking a dynamic Manager of Analytics who is passionate about leveraging data to drive editorial growth and understand audience behavior, executive engagement, and commercial performance across digital media.

This role is essential in bridging analytics, SEO, audience strategy, AI search visibility, and executive media intelligence.

• Oversee analytics for website performance, content effectiveness, and campaign success across editorial, newsletters, SEO, social, and paid channels.
• Develop advanced dashboards and reporting systems for leadership, editorial, and growth teams to inform strategic decisions.
• Analyze audience behavior, focusing on engagement patterns, retention metrics, and conversion pathways.
• Monitor performance across AI search platforms, Google Search, Linked In, newsletters, and referral systems.
• Identify and promote high-performing content themes within AI leadership, enterprise technology, cybersecurity, venture capital, and executive hiring.
• Track traffic attribution, user journeys, and conversion processes to optimize leads and subscriptions.
• Collaborate with editorial and SEO teams to enhance organic visibility and improve search performance.
• Work alongside growth and advertising teams to measure campaign success and ROI.
• Develop strategic audience segmentation for C-suite readers, enterprise decision-makers, and investors.
• Generate executive-level reports that deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Investigate trends in media consumption, AI search behavior, and new discovery platforms.
• Support experimental initiatives across content formats, landing pages, newsletters, and conversion optimizations.

• Minimum of 3 years in analytics, focusing on digital media, audience insights, growth analytics, or business intelligence.
• Proficient in GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Microsoft Clarity, Linked In Analytics, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of SEO, AI search visibility, content analytics, and audience growth strategies.
• Ability to transform complex data into straightforward business insights.
• Experience in editorial or publishing environments is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with AI, enterprise technology, executive leadership, venture capital, or tech media ecosystems.
• Capacity to thrive in fast-paced digital environments and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.

• Experience with SQL, Big Query, Python, or advanced business intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of attribution modeling and funnel analytics.
• Experience analyzing executive or B2B audiences.
• Familiarity with AI-driven analytics and predictive audience modeling.
