About BHC Law Group
BHC Law Group (BHC), a litigation defense firm based in Emeryville, is looking for a senior-level attorney to join our firm. We seek an attorney with 7‑10 years of insurance coverage and litigation experience.
Minimum Requirements- 7‑10 years insurance coverage and bad faith litigation experience
- Strong familiarity with the California Code of Civil Procedure as well as state and federal rules
- Strong legal research skills using Westlaw
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills— with clients, opposing counsel, the court, as well as BHC colleagues
