Best Home Health Providers Inc. is seeking a per diem Licensed Practical Nurse/LVN to support patients in the Bay Area and beyond. You will deliver home health care, educate families, and coordinate with RNs and the care team.
Applicants must have CA LPN/LVN license, CPR (AHA), 3+ years of nursing experience (home health preferred), valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel to patient homes. Per visit pay ranges from $50 to $60.
