For more than 20 years, A&F has partnered with premier builders, architects, designers, wineries, and commercial clients throughout Napa Valley to deliver electrical systems executed with precision, craftsmanship, and professionalism.

Now we’re opening our Sonoma Division— and we’re looking for the journeyman who wants to help build it.

This isn’t just another journeyman position. It’s a chance to be the field foundation of a new division: setting the standard on every job, mentoring the crew we build around you, and growing into a leadership role as the division grows.

• A California-certified General Electrician (journeyman)— or actively certified and able to verify status
• Significant commercial and/or high-end residentialelectrical experience (winery and tenant-improvement work a strong plus)
• Proven ability to run work independently, read plans and specs, and coordinate with GCs, superintendents, office staff, and clients
• Someone who leads by example and wants to mentor and develop others
• Character, professionalism, and leadership first — years of experience matter, but these matter more

• Install commercial and high-end residential electrical systems with exceptional craftsmanship
• Read and interpret plans, specifications, and project documents
• Coordinate with project superintendents, office staff, general contractors, and clients
• Identify and solve problems before they impact the project
• Run organized, professional, and safe jobsites
• Mentor apprentices and help develop the Sonoma crew
• Represent A&F professionally on every project
• Help shape the systems, standards, and culture of a brand-new division
