$35.00 - $55.00 Hourly (includes taxable hourly rate and housing/M&IE stipends converted to an hourly rate for a 35-40 hour week).
Position OverviewAccountable School Staffing is hiring Special Education Teachers for the 2026-27 school year in Sonora, CA. Assignments are full‑year positions in elementary Mod/Severe and Early Childhood programs.
Responsibilities & Qualifications- Instructional duties for students with special education needs, including those diagnosed with autism and SEL.
- Comply with California state professional licensing requirements.
- Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans.
- Prepare and submit reports, progress updates, and documentation as required by district policy.
- Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Effective communication with parents and caregivers.
- Adhere to district policies and procedures.
