Position Title: CAT Scan Technologist

Location: Sonora, CA

Total Travel Package(For FT Only): $2,686 /week


* Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for the travel package*

· Taxable wages: $1,440.00

· Weekly lodging allowance: $770.00

· Weekly meals / incidentals: $476.00

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

  • One (1) year of experience as a CAT/CT Technologist preferred.
  • Appropriate valid state licensure in diagnostic imaging
  • A.R.R.T. (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Certification, if required by state regulations or contract specifications
  • Current CPR if applicable
  • TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform high‑resolution CT scans of the sinuses, temporal bones, facial bones, orbits, and soft‑tissue neck.
  • Apply ENT‑specific protocols to capture fine anatomical detail for surgical planning and diagnosis.
  • Ensure accurate patient positioning to optimize visualization of delicate structures (inner ear, mastoids, airway, etc.).
  • Operate CT scanners safely and efficiently, adjusting parameters for ENT‑focused exams.
  • Review images for diagnostic quality before submission to radiologists.
  • Utilize contrast protocols when required, following facility and safety guidelines.
  • Assist ENT surgeons and radiologists with imaging needs for trauma, oncology, and pre‑operative assessments.

Schedule:

Day Shift/Must be able to do CT, X-ray and Fluoroscopy. Shift is Fri, Sat and Sun 7a-730p
