TNAA Total Med Allied is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for an immediate opening in Sonora, CA. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience and hold relevant certifications.
Key Responsibilities- Obtain required approval and signature by nuclear medicine physicians
- Transfer, position, and instruct patients in preparation for procedures
- Operate the scanner or gamma scintillation camera
- Perform procedures, including injecting radiopharmaceuticals under the direct supervision of a radiologist
- Provide assistance to patients during procedures
- Ensure the environment is safe for patients and staff by following safety and radiation disposal procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Understand and use the McKesson PACS system
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- ARRT (N) National Certification with registration in Nuclear Medicine or NMTCB-CNMT
- State‑specific licensing when required
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean, or stoop without difficulty
- Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
- Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment

- Minimum 2 years of experience
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. Benefit details include top paying contracts, 24x7 concierge one‑on‑one service, and long or short term contracts available nationwide.
