What You’ll Do:- Clean, sterilize, assemble, and distribute surgical instruments and equipment
- Prepare surgical trays and maintain accurate instrument counts
- Perform sterilization testing and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Support operating room efficiency and patient safety throughout the surgical process
- Strong attention to detail and knowledge of sterile processing procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
