MACT Health Board Inc. is seeking a motivated Diabetes Program Registered Nurse for a full-time clinical role. The Diabetic RN will travel to MACT clinics to assess diabetic patients, provide DSMES services, and coordinate activities across locations.
You must hold RN licensure with Diabetes Educator licensure or eligibility within two years, plus BLS/ALS. The role includes grant reporting, program development, and ongoing diabetes care management with HIPAA-compliant documentation in the EHR.
