Location : 1000 Greenley Rd. Sonora, CA 95370
Duration : 13 weeks long assignment with possibility of extension
Education : Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field or equivalent combination of education/related experience
Shift Details : Day Shift, M-F 40 hours per week
Job Description:- Provides professional-level support across a range of HR functions, including employee relations, policy interpretation, compliance, and data-informed decision-making.
- Serves as a first-line HR resource for leaders and employees, helping ensure the consistent application of HR policies and practices at the departmental or operational unit level.
- Exercises independent judgment in handling confidential issues, conducting initial investigations, and advising on corrective action within established frameworks.
- Matters involving broader impact, precedent-setting decisions, or strategic workforce planning are escalated to HR Business Partners (HRBP or Sr. HRBP) .
- This role plays a critical part in supporting operational excellence while aligning with HR guidance and system standards.
