Job Description
7:00am-7:30pm shifts. Per diem, variable scheduling as needed (no guaranteed hours), weekends required. We offer an additional percentage of hourly compensation on top of your base pay for per diem roles.

Job SummaryProvides personal nursing care to the patient under the direction of a licensed registered nurse (RN). Performs tasks associated with activities of daily living including self‑care needs. Performs routine assigned tasks and reports patients' status and concerns to the RN.
Job Requirements- Education:
High School Education/GED or equivalent (Preferred)
- Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) Health Care Provider certification:
Required - Phlebotomy Certification:
Preferred in CA and HI - Audiometry and vision training or certificate from CHDP:
Preferred in CA and HI - Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification:
Required
- Performs tasks associated with activities of daily living, including assisting with nutrition and hydration, elimination, personal care, positioning devices, restraints and restorative care.
- Takes vital signs including pulse and blood pressure.
- Helps patients with basic needs, i.e., bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Performs clerical duties, such as routing patient reports as appropriate; uses organizational skills to keep unit running smoothly and prioritizes deadlines as indicated; provides assessment data to certified nurse within scope of practice (vital signs, patient verbal and nonverbal responses, etc.).
- Performs other job‑related duties as assigned.
