Bring your passion for patient care to a community-focused healthcare team surrounded by the beauty of Northern California. Adventist Health Sonora is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care in a collaborative acute care environment.
What You’ll Do:- Deliver coordinated nursing care in accordance with established standards and the nursing process
- Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and implement appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support positive patient outcomes
- Supervise and support assigned nursing staff while promoting safe, high-quality care
- Educate patients and families while assisting with discharge planning and continuity of care
- BLS/CPR certification required
- ACLS and PALS certifications required
- Acute care nursing experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and leadership abilities
