This is a Care Manager RN (Home Health) role working Day Shift, with mileage paid in addition to the pay rate. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience having worked in the submitted unit specialty within the last 3 months.

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice:

• Valid Driver's License (DL); must be at least 21 years of age or older:

• Current automobile insurance and a reliable automobile:

• Minimum 2 years of experience having worked in the submitted unit specialty within the last 3 months
