• Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
• Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision‑making to patient care and prioritization.
• Monitor patient status, document findings, and communicate changes to the care team promptly.
• Support oncology patients through treatment procedures, symptom management, and overall comfort needs as part of the care plan.

• Ability to work 12‑hour night shifts (3x12 schedule)
• Comfortable delivering care in an inpatient acute care setting
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking in a fast‑paced environment
• Effective communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary team
• Oncology nursing experience is preferred
