Roles and responsibilities:
Deliver coordinated nursing care to patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervise and direct nursing staff across various levels. Coordinate patient care with other healthcare disciplines. Utilize critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in patient care situations.
