Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards of care.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Coordinate patient care with other healthcare disciplines, employing critical thinking and professional judgment.
- Collect and analyze patient data to determine diagnoses and care issues.
- Develop and implement patient care plans, and evaluate progress toward achieving outcomes.
- Provide health education and learning opportunities for patients and families.
