Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN):
Preferred - Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice:
Required - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification:
Required - AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification:
Required - AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS certification:
Required - At least two years of recent experience in the field:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of assigned nursing staff and coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Collect and analyze relevant patient data to determine diagnosis and care issues.
- Develop and implement care plans that prescribe interventions to attain outcomes.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to provide safe and effective patient care.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
