• Travel assignment in an acute care environment

• Serve as RN Clinical Educator, applying adult education principles and leadership to support clinical staff and patient families.
• Lead and participate in staff development, competency assessments, and continuing education activities.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with physicians, other departments, and both clinical and non-clinical teams to coordinate care.
• Promote patient advocacy; educate patients and families to enhance safety, understanding, and well‑being.
• Model professional practice; align with hospital policies, state regulations, and accrediting standards; support managers/directors in skill development.

• Active RN license in California
• BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of RN clinical experience; clinical education or educator role preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic travel assignment and adapt to new settings
• Education:
  
  ADN or BSN
