Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice:
  Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor:
  Required
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS:
  Required
• AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS:
  Required
• At least two years recent experience in field
• Current nursing license per the state of assignment
• Must have EPIC experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
• Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking and professional judgment.
• Collect and analyze relevant data pertinent to patients' health or situations to determine diagnosis and care issues.
• Develop and implement care plans, coordinating care delivery, and ensuring a safe environment.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to provide safe and humane care.
